Currently, each video creation is final. If you want to make changes, you'll need to create a new video (using new credits). Pro tip: make sure you're happy with your uploaded content before hitting "Create"!

Where can I find the videos I created?

All your videos (both completed and processing) are in the "Library" section. They're ordered by the newest first, and you'll see the status of any videos still being created.

What's the video quality like?

Free plan users get 480p resolution, while Starter and Pro users enjoy Full HD quality. Paid users also get their videos without watermarks.

How do I change the position of my 3D model?

Just upload your 3D model and after you will see a model preview window with special marker pointing front side. Just rotate the model the way you want to see it in the video and click continue. Model will be placed exactly how you did it!
